This one is a bit odd. The first track is about 16 minutes of the band working on Jennings Farm Blues and the 2nd is supposedly a final version of this instrumental track. This is studio work and was recorded in 69 with good sound. The rest is a portion of a show from Toronto in 71 with decent sound. How this collection of tracks came to be put together is puzzling. Regardless, Jennings Farm Blues is worth a listen and the live tracks are fine although the ubiquitous Moby Dick on such a short collection is not necessary in my opinion. overall, some good tracks and some curios but I’m not sure why anyone really needs this…maybe Jennings Farm Blues is not available elsewhere?
