Sound quality is variable: it’s generally good, even very good for off air recordings from the 60s, but some tracks (“Toad”, the Joe Loss session) a bit tougher than the others (still very listenable).

This CD contains all the existing BBC session which have not been released on the official “BBC Session” CDs, which includes only the material that has been pressed on transcription discs. From off-air recordings, there are 20 minutes more of material, including other sessions and unreleased tracks from partly released sessions. This CD fills any gap you have if you have just the official CD.
