The West Palm Beach show alone is worth the price of admission (which is free, by the way!) … Amazing – EC and band performing the Who’s “I Can’t Explain” (with Keith Moon).
As to EC’s performance of “Badge”, it’s one of ‘those’ shows … “Mabel? MABEL? Fuckin’ MABEL? Never heard of her…”

Tracks from 3 different shows. Decent sound and overall some good stuff here. 5 stars for the 3 tracks with Santana. Particularly the version of Eyesight To The Blind on disc 1. It’s a mind bending guitar assault for most of the 19 minutes with a pounding rhythm underneath the two guitar attack on top. I wish the sound was pristine but it’s good enough to fry your brain. Santana must have put a fire under Clapton as they played together. The other version on disc 2 is very good as well, just shorter and Little Wing is good but does not match the intensity of the Eyesight To The Blind tracks on this collection.
